DAY 17, MONDAY, JANUARY 28th
I woke up a little earlier than usual for a monday so I could do the last of my laundry. After that was successfully done I headed out for classes. My classes today were pretty normal- nothing exciting! I did book bus tickets to go to Malmö, Sweden with a couple friends on Wednesday since I have the day off which is exciting! After classes I walked by the square in front of the city hall because there was a celebration for the Danish handball team tonight! The team was at the city hall to celebrate their world championship win last night so there was a huge crowd to see them with lots of Danish flags waving!

I headed home from there for dinner. After dinner, Helle took me to the store so I could buy all the ingredients for a white bean chili I’m making my host fam for dinner tomorrow night- they didn’t have all the ingredients I needed and I typically make this recipe in a crockpot which my host family doesn’t have so we shall see how it turns out!
